Two-time All-American Ty Walz is getting ready for the season and getting ready for the NWCA All-Star Classic on Episode 37 of Inside Virginia Tech Wrestling.

Walz is set to make his second appearance at the annual kickoff event, but this time, it's in his native Cleveland. We talk to Walz about the Cavaliers, the Indians, Stipe Miocic, but really nothing about the Browns, because they're awful.

We'll also get into a discussion about a recent trip to the Olympic Training Center with Mike Zadick, Derek St. John and Jared Haught. He's got some interesting stories to tell about the altitude, the wrestling room and things that are in your nasal cavities.

We'll also get his insight into what the guys on the team are setting as goals this season. We also go down a few rabbit holes.
